There is a country where people do not pay for water, gas and electricity


Did you know that in the capital of Turkmenistan, Ashgabat, citizens do not pay for  water, gas and electricity?

Niyazov’s government in 1991 pointed out: “the free use of water, gas and electricity and refined salt by the people of Turkmenistan for ten years”. As soon as the decree expired, Niyazov extended it to 2020.
